Payment is by cash or cheque only please and due upon arrival to retrieve your pet.
For stays greater than 14 days we require 50% of the estimated fees at the time of check-in.
Boarding charges include drop off and pick up days. When pets are picked up before 10:00 am Monday to Friday and noon on weekends there will be no charge for that day.
Special needs? Medication and injections will be provided for a nominal fee. Please inquire.
All pets must arrive and depart in a carrier.
